1. Promotion Period

The Beds Are Uzzz Prize Draw is open for qualifying orders placed between 21 September 2026 and 2 November 2026 inclusive. Online orders must be placed by 23:59 on 2 November 2026. In-store orders must be placed during normal showroom opening hours.

2. How to Enter

Customers who place a qualifying retail order at any Beds Are Uzzz showroom or online at bedsareuzzz.co.uk during the promotion period will be automatically entered into the prize draw. One entry will be given per qualifying order and the entry belongs to the customer named on the order. Orders which have been artificially split for the purpose of obtaining additional entries may be treated as a single order.

3. Eligibility

Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in Great Britain. Employees of Beds Are Uzzz and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. The Prize

There will be one winner, who will receive back the value of their qualifying order up to a maximum of £3,000. If the qualifying order value is less than £3,000, the prize will equal the qualifying order value. If the qualifying order value exceeds £3,000, the maximum prize will be £3,000. Any interest, finance charges or other charges relating specifically to a consumer credit agreement are excluded when calculating the qualifying order value.

5. Order Cancellations and Changes

The winning order must remain valid. If the winning order is cancelled in full before the prize is paid, the entry will no longer qualify. If part of the order is cancelled, returned or refunded before the prize is paid, the prize will be calculated using the final value of the goods and services retained by the customer, up to a maximum of £3,000. Nothing in these terms affects the customer's statutory rights.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 14 days of the promotion closing. The winner will be contacted using the telephone number and/or email address supplied with their order. Reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification, Beds Are Uzzz reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same random selection process.

7. Payment of the Prize

The prize will be paid following delivery of the winning order and normally within 14 days of delivery. Depending on product delivery lead times, payment of the prize may therefore take place more than 30 days after the promotion closing date.

Where the qualifying order was paid directly by debit card, credit card or another payment method, Beds Are Uzzz will normally process the prize as a refund to the original payment method where reasonably possible. If a refund to the original payment method is not possible, Beds Are Uzzz may arrange an appropriate alternative method of payment.

Where the qualifying order was paid for wholly or partly using consumer finance, the prize will instead be paid directly to the winner by bank transfer. The prize payment is separate from the customer's consumer finance agreement and will not cancel, reduce or otherwise alter that agreement. The customer will remain responsible for all payments due to the finance provider in accordance with the terms of their finance agreement.

In all cases, the total prize will not exceed the value of the qualifying order or £3,000, whichever is lower.

8. Winner Information and Publicity

Beds Are Uzzz may make the winner's surname and county available to demonstrate that a valid prize has been awarded. The winner may object to this information being published or request that the amount of information published is reduced. Beds Are Uzzz may still provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.

The winner may also be invited to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion, but participation in publicity is optional and will be subject to the winner's consent.

9. Personal Information

Personal information supplied in connection with the promotion will be used for the administration of the prize draw and handled in accordance with the Beds Are Uzzz Privacy Policy. Entry into the prize draw does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications where separate consent is required.

10. Fair Participation

Beds Are Uzzz reserves the right to exclude an entry where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been fraud, abuse, manipulation of the promotion or a breach of these terms.

11. Promoter

The promoter is Beds Are Uzzz Online Limited, trading as Beds Are Uzzz, Company No. 09208838, 61 Halstead Road, Gosfield, Halstead, CO9 1PG.
